Here, polymelamine formaldehyde was decorated on the surface of reduced graphene oxide whose surface was then electrodeposited with a sub-monolayer of platinum nanoparticles. The nanocomposite thus prepared was characterized using several spectroscopic methods. Using the nanocomposite as a potential electrocatalyst for carbon dioxide reduction, the products were detected by Raman spectroscopy, gas chromatography, 13C-NMR spectroscopy, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The analytical results identified methanol as the main product of CO2 reduction. Moreover, analysis of the liquid products confirmed methanol as the predominant product with a current density of 0.4 mA/cm and a Faradaic efficiency of 93 %.  相似文献

In this paper the adsorption process of a natural steroid hormone (progesterone) by a carbon black and a commercial activated carbon has been studied. The corresponding equilibrium isotherms have been analyzed according to a previously proposed model which establishes a kinetic law satisfactorily fitting the C versus t isotherms. The analysis of the experimental data points out the existence of two well-defined sections in the equilibrium isotherms. A general equation including these two processes has been proposed, the global adsorption process being fitted to such equation. From the values of the kinetic equilibrium constant so obtained, values of standard average adsorption enthalpy () and entropy () have been calculated. Finally, information related to variations of differential adsorption enthalpy () and entropy () with the surface coverage fraction (θ) was obtained by using the corresponding Clausius-Clapeyron equations.  相似文献

7-Chloro-2-(propylthio)thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine 4 was prepared and used as a precursor for synthesizing new derivatives of thiazolo[5,4-d]pyrimidine through the nucleophilic displacement of the chlorine atom by different types of amino derivatives. Reaction of compound 4 with primary and secondary amines produced the corresponding substituted amino derivatives. Reaction of 4 with hydrazine hydrate then followed by condensation with aromatic aldehydes afforded hydrazone derivatives. Reaction of 4 with hydrazine hydrate then followed by reaction with isothiocyanates gave the disubstituted thiosemicarbazides. Finally, treatment of 4 with hydrazine derivatives afforded the novel disubstituted hydrazine derivatives. Preliminary antiviral screening on the bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV) was carried out, which was classified as a member of the same family of Hepatitis C virus. The results indicated that some of the tested compounds exhibited anti-BVDV activity which may be suitable for a new lead molecule to design more potent anti-BVDV agents.  相似文献

Taguchi method was applied to optimize cloud point extraction (CPE) conditions for preconcentration and determination of trace amounts of copper by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Briefly, the copper ions formed complexes with neocuproine in aqueous solution; then, Triton X-114 (0.15%, w/v) was added and phase separation occurred upon heating to 60°C. The copper complexes were preconcentrated into the small volume of the surfactant-rich phase; after centrifugation, the surfactant-rich phase was diluted with methanol and absorbance was measured at 455 nm. The main factors affecting the CPE were evaluated and optimized with Taguchi orthogonal array design (OA 25). Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curve was linear in the range 2–500 μg/L (r 2 > 0.997). The limit of detection and preconcentration factor were 1.8 μg/L and 37.2, respectively. The applicability of the proposed method was successfully confirmed by preconcentration and determination of trace amounts of copper in water samples and satisfactory results were obtained.  相似文献

A peak deconvolution procedure used for the analysis of data corresponding to simultaneous overlapping processes begins with separation of individual processes using functions such as Gaussian, Lorentzian, Weibull, and Fraser–Suzuki (FS) followed by application of kinetic analysis methods to the separated peaks. We propose a coupled peak deconvolution procedure to link the parameters of the FS functions of similar peaks in two DTG curves obtained at different linear heating rates, so that the coordinates of each peak can be obtained in a constrained manner. The proposed technique is a kinetic deconvolution method rather than a pure mathematical deconvolution technique. To analyze individual peaks in our study, the non-parametric kinetic and Freidman’s isoconversional methods have been applied to determine kinetic triplet of each process. This technique has been tested with both simulated and experimental data. Using this technique, the effects of molecular weight and degree of hydrolysis of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) samples on reaction mechanism and activation energy of thermal degradation were studied. The presence of acetate group in the PVA samples causes thermal stability, decreases the rate of main reactions, and increases the activation energy. The results of this study may help tailor heat-resistant materials with proper choice of polymer characteristics.  相似文献

Nanostructured -y-A12O3 with high surface area and mesoporous structure was synthesized by sol-gel method and employed as catalyst support for nickel catalysts in methane reforming with carbon dioxide. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, TPR, TPO, TPH, NH3-TPD and SEM techniques. The BET analysis showed a high surface area of 204 m2.g-1 and a narrow pore-size distribution centered at a diameter of 5.5 nm for catalyst support. The BET results revealed that addition of lanthanum oxide to aluminum oxide decreased the specific surface area. In addition, TPR results showed that addition of lanthanum oxide increased the reducibility of nickel catalyst. The catalytic evaluation results showed an increase in methane conversion with increasing lanthanum oxide to 3 mol% and further increase in lanthanum content decreased the catalytic activity. TPO analysis revealed that the coke deposition decreased with increasing lanthanum oxide to 3 mol%. SEM and TPH analyses confirmed the formation of whisker type carbon over the spent catalysts. Addition of steam and Oxide to drv reformin feed increased the methane conversion and led to carbon free ooeration in combined orocesses.  相似文献

Bioconversion of cellulosic material into glucose needs cellulase enzymes. One of the most important organisms that produces cellulases is Trichoderma reesei, whose cellulose enzymes are probably the most widely used in the industry. However, these enzymes are not stable enough at high pH and temperatures. The optimized synthetic endoglucanase II gene with Pichia pastoris codon preferences was secretary expressed in P. pastoris. Recombinant enzyme characterization showed maximum activity at pH 4.8 and temperature 75 °C, and it demonstrated increasing thermal stability in high temperature. The enzyme maintained its activity in a wide pH range from 3.5 to 6.5. The optimization of fermentation medium was carried out in shaking flasks. Recombinant protein expression at optimum conditions (pH 7, temperature 25 °C, and 1 % methanol induction) for 72 h demonstrated 2,358.8 U/ml endoglucanase activity units. To our knowledge, this is the highest acidic thermophilic endoglucanase activity that is reported in crude intracellular medium in P. pastoris. We conclude that P. pastoris is an appropriate host for high-level expression of optimized endoglucanase gene with improved thermal stability.  相似文献

Polyaniline nanofibers are readily synthesized by bulk polymerization; ammonium per sulphate (APS) is used as oxidizing agent and hydrochloric acid as dopant without any hard or soft templates. A detailed study was conducted on the effect of a variety of synthetic conditions on the size and morphology of the polyaniline nanostructure. These conditions include the concentration of dopant, and the APS-to-aniline and acid-to-aniline molar ratios. The morphology of the nanofibers was confirmed by SEM and TEM. XRD and FT-IR and UV–visible spectroscopy were used for structural characterization of nanofibers. The results showed that not only the microstructure of the polyaniline product, but also other characteristics, for example conductivity, crystallinity, and, more importantly, the efficiency of the process are strongly affected by the synthetic conditions.  相似文献
